Sean Deakin is responsible for underwriting strategy and underwriting excellence by leading the production and profitability of the surety business in Canada.
Sean has 23 years of industry experience in North American and international surety markets and joins CNA Canada from The Guarantee Company of North America, where he was the National Vice President for Surety Operations in Canada. He has also held previous management positions at Aviva and Zurich.
