Rick DeBruyn

Rick is responsible for providing overall management and underwriting resources for in NW Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. He directs the development and implementation of strategic and operational objectives in accordance with the company’s strategic plan with a focus on building a profitable book of business through the distribution channel.

Rick has been with CNA since 2006 and brings over 20 years of industry experience.  

Rick received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Winnipeg, majoring in Political Science.  Subsequently, he earned various professional qualifications, including the Chartered Insurance Professional designation.

Rick is also an active member of the Regional Committee of the Insurance Bureau of Canada and the Manitoba Insurance Managers Association.
