Mujtaba Mirza

Mujtaba is responsible for the overall direction and management of Operations, Underwriting Governance and Facilities in Canada, in support of the company’s strategic plan.

He joined CNA Canada in 2018 as AVP, Operations and Underwriting Governance with responsibilities for the strategic management of Operations and Underwriting Governance across Canada, with a focus on service delivery, operational excellence and talent development.

Mujtaba has over 11 years of insurance industry experience, where he held roles of increasing responsibility across Finance, Operations, Strategy and Transformation at AIG. He has 10 years of experience in the Canadian banking sector for Finance and Investments in Canada, the US and the Caribbean.

He has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is pursuing his MBA through the Kellogg-Schulich global executive program.
