Jacki Detablan

Jacki is responsible for CNA Canada’s Specialty and Risk Managed Casualty Insurance Portfolios which are comprised of Programs, Management Liability, Financial Institutions, Professional Liability, Cyber, Healthcare and span large and complex Casualty lines. In this role, she is charged with aligning CNA Canada’s strategy with the global enterprise and ensuring underwriting integrity in order to drive profitable growth. The development of specialized talent is a key component to driving success in these areas.

Jacki has almost 25 years of commercial insurance underwriting experience including a 15-year tenure at AIG where she held various roles including Vice President of the Complex Financial Lines portfolio and was also responsible for Professional Liability and Cyber product leadership for Canada.

Jacki received a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from McMaster University and has earned various professional qualifications, including her FCIP, CRM, and her CIPP/C (Certified Information Privacy Profession/Canada).
