Amanda is responsible for Claims nationally. She joined CNA Insurance in November 2016 and has over 24 years of claims experience within the insurance industry.
Amanda has proven effective leadership and technical expertise overseeing multi-line claims operations focused on providing exceptional customer service to both our insureds and broker partners. This experience includes auto, property, casualty, accident benefits, specialty claims and complex litigation.
Amanda has previously held senior claims roles at Northbridge Insurance.
Amanda obtained an HBA in Commerce and Economics from the University of Toronto and also holds an FCIP.
