CNA Canada Welcomes Susan DuHamel as Vice President, National Distribution and Field Leader for the Central and Eastern Regions
Toronto, ON – February 14, 2025 – CNA Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Susan DuHamel as Vice President, National Distribution and Field Leader for the Central and Eastern Regions, effective February 18, 2025.
In her new role, Susan will work closely with local and global distribution teams, business unit leaders, and underwriters to refine CNA’s distribution strategy and execute on our plans to meet profitability and production goals for the Central and Eastern Regions.

With over 25 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry, Susan brings a wealth of knowledge in sales, marketing, and distribution management. Prior to joining CNA, Susan held leadership roles at Zurich, Travelers, and Liberty Mutual, and her extensive experience spans both Canada and the U.S.
“Susan’s extensive industry experience and proven leadership in distribution management will be a tremendous asset as we continue to strengthen our broker relationships and drive growth in the Central and Eastern Regions,” said Creatura. “We are confident that her strategic vision will help us drive success with our trading partners.”
