Toronto, ON, December 4, 2025 – CNA Canada Appoints Dahlia Tessler as Vice President, Legal, Risk & Compliance

 

CNA Canada is pleased to announce that Dahlia Tessler will join as Vice President, Legal, Risk & Compliance, effective January 5, 2026.

 

In this role, Dahlia will lead CNA Canada’s Legal function,  as well as oversee their compliance and risk management framework. She will represent Canada on key committees, including the Group Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Committee and will play a pivotal role in shaping policy frameworks, supporting business objectives, and partnering with Claims, Underwriting, and Risk Control to deliver integrated risk collaboration.

Dahlia brings extensive experience in insurance and financial services, most recently as Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at AIG Insurance Company of Canada. She has served as Privacy Officer and Ombudsman, and has been deeply involved in corporate governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives throughout her career. Dahlia has a strong track record in legal leadership, compliance, and risk management.
