CNA Canada Announces Retirement of Nick Creatura, Appointment of Greg Metcalfe as interim Chief Agent

TORONTO, March 6, 2025 — CNA Canada today announced that the Region’s President & CEO, Canada, Nick Creatura, will retire from CNA effective April 1, 2025 after 7 years with the organization.

“Nick has been instrumental in the success of CNA Canada over the last several years, bringing in strong, highly specialized talent to drive consistent growth and sustained profitability,” said Douglas M Worman, President & Chief Executive Officer, CNA. "We thank Nick for his contributions and wish him the very best in his retirement.”

The company will immediately begin a formal search process to find a new leader in Canada and in the interim, Greg Metcalfe, SVP & Chief Financial Officer will act as Chief Agent in addition to his CFO responsibilities. The CNA Canada Leadership team is well positioned to effectively manage this transition, and we look forward to continuing to support broker partners through this transition.
