Erin Gattoni
Erin Gattoni is Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Operations at CNA Canada, where she leads the strategic direction and execution of Human Resources, Operations, Underwriting Governance, Strategy and Transformation, and Marketing and Communications. Her mandate spans enterprise-wide initiatives that drive growth, operational excellence, and brand impact in alignment with CNA’s strategic plan.
Since joining CNA in 2019 as Vice President, Human Resources, Erin has been a dynamic and collaborative force in the business, championing transformation, shaping culture, and steering high-impact projects that have accelerated performance and change across the Canadian organization.
Prior to CNA, Erin held senior roles at Chubb as AVP, Senior HR Business Partner for Canada and AVP, Talent & Development for North America with prior roles in Commercial Underwriting before moving into HR. With over 19 years of industry experience, she brings a unique blend of expertise across HR and Underwriting, having worked in Canada, Bermuda, and the U.S.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Science, SSP Honours, Life Science from Queen’s University and is a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) through the Insurance Institute of Canada. She is an active contributor to industry and community initiatives, serving on the board of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF), Starlight Insurance Campaign Leadership Committee as Co-chair, and DiveIN Canada through Inclusion@Lloyds, a global movement advancing inclusive workplace cultures.
A passionate volunteer and fundraiser, Erin actively volunteers supporting the Canadian Cancer Society, Daily Bread Food Bank, Ronald McDonald House, SickKids Hospital, and the Insurance Institute of Canada.
