CNA Canada Appoints Erin Gattoni Vice President, Human Resources
TORONTO, April 23, 2019 CNA today announced the appointment of Erin Gattoni as Vice President, Human Resources, CNA Canada. In this role, Gattoni will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and general management of human resources in Canada, in support of the company's strategic plans. She will oversee and direct the development and implementation of strategic and operational objectives for talent management, change management, recruitment, compensation, and other human resources initiatives. In addition, Gattoni will work with the wider leadership team to foster a values-based and performance-driven culture whilst progressing the organization's Diversity and Inclusion agenda. Gattoni will be based in Toronto and will report to Nick Creatura, President and CEO of CNA Canada.
Gattoni has 13 years of industry experience and joins CNA from Chubb, where she held a hybrid role as AVP, Senior Human Resources Business Partner in Toronto and AVP, Talent and Development Consultant in North America. She has also held previous management positions such as Chubb Atlantic Human Resources Manager (Chubb Bermuda), Human Resources/Senior Human Resources consultant across Canada and Life Science and Technology Underwriter.
