Corporate and Employee Giving
 

With more than 7,000 employees in approximately 70 offices across the globe, CNA has a longstanding tradition of supporting local nonprofit organizations that work tirelessly to improve the quality of life in our local communities, including organizations that are important to our employees and our customers. CNA also supports the personal generosity of our employees by matching employee contributions to qualified nonprofit organizations – dollar for dollar – up to $5,000 per year.
 

Diversity and Inclusion
 

Diversity and inclusion are vital components of CNA’s culture and day-to-day business. We strive to create a culture in which there is an affirmative acknowledgement that our people matter and that each individual is critical to our success.

Employee Volunteerism
 

Our employees are as passionate about giving their time in support of nonprofit organizations in their communities as they are about building a profitable and successful business. They express this commitment by participating in a wide array of volunteer activities, including charity walks, home renovations and other community service projects.
  

Environmental Sustainability
 

Just as CNA and our employees are committed to helping our customers sustain their businesses, we are equally committed to helping sustain our planet's most important resources. Beyond supporting organizations financially, sustainability takes many forms at CNA, and green practices have been a part of our day-to-day operations for many years. We also have an aggressive "good practice" campaign in CNA offices worldwide, which includes recycling reminders and a variety of energy-efficiency tips.
