Distribution Service Commitments

  • Policy Issuance – we aim to issue error-free policies within 30 days of receipt of complete information.
  • Claims – for new claims reported, we acknowledge receipt within 48 hours. Once settlement is agreed, we will issue cheques within 48 hours.
