Our Canadian offices are strategically positioned in Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver to provide our customers with easy access to our network of knowledgeable and helpful claims experts.  For those clients that have or are planning to expand globally CNA provides an extensive global network of marine claims surveyors and settling agents as well as major international loss adjusting firms for non-marine claims.

 

CNA Canada offers a quick and simple solution to claims.  Our offices are staffed with decision-makers that are available to you directly.  We offer immediate status reports on claims and prompt settlements. Adjuster/Client contacts are established within 24 hours of the claim being reported and, when necessary, CNA will appoint Control Adjusters.  In addition, you can count on personalized service, a solid commitment to building strong relationships based on trust and experience, employees that are committed to customer satisfaction and, most importantly, a partner you can rely on.

In order to improve and expedite the claims reporting process, all new claims and supporting documentation may be submitted via email*.
